We offer three membership plans to choose from: Free, Monthly, & Yearly Plan. Go to our Membership page, chose your membership and if you don't already have an account it will ask you to create an account before submitting the payment.

To submit a bill pay request, simply access the "Bill Pay Request" tab on our secure online portal and fill out the request form. After filling out all required information and uploading documents submit the form.

Sweepstakes Points Value

Go to: Remedy Way SWEEPSTAKE RULES

For our Bill Pay Sweepstakes, each action you take to engage with us and our brand will earn you a certain number of points. Each point is equal to one name entry into the sweepstakes. For example, if you follow our Twitter page, that will earn you 10 point, which is equal to 10 name entry.

 

Similarly, if you sign up for a subscription, that will earn you 20 points, which is equal to 10 name entries. The more points you earn, the more times your name will be entered into the sweepstakes and the greater your chances of winning the sweepstakes. At the end of the sweepstakes, we will randomly select a winner from all the entries (points) received. Check out points value at  Sweepstake Home Page

Changing My Account Information

Go to: Remedy Way MY ACCOUNT

To manage your account information, you can simply log in to your account on our website. Once logged in, you will have access to update your personal information,  and much more when you finish select "Update Info" to save on file. Our easy-to-use platform ensures that you have complete control over your account at all times, so you can make changes as needed and manage your membership with confidence.

Changing My Credit Card

Go to: Remedy Way WALLET

When you log in to your account, you will have access to the "My Wallet" tab, where you can manage your payment information. This includes updating the credit card on file for your account.

  • Simply click on the "My Wallet" tab and follow the prompts to make any necessary changes to your payment information.

  • If your card is not already on file select "Add new card" and begin to add or update your card.

  • Once card information is input select "Add card" button to save the new card on file.

Canceling My Membership Plan

Go to: Remedy Way MY SUBSCRIPTIONS

To cancel your membership plan, you can log in to your account and access the "My Subscription" tab.

 

  • When you cancel a paid membership plan, your account will revert to the free plan automatically.

  • This means you will still have access to the automatic monthly sweepstakes entries, but you will no longer have access to the benefits of the paid plan, such as bill pay request submissions or the one relief bill payment per year.

 

If you would like to upgrade to a paid plan in the future, you can do so at any time.

Canceling My Membership Plan

Go to: Remedy Way MY ACCOUNT

When you log in to your account, you can go to the "My Account" page to find a "Disregard" button, which you can select if you want to completely delete your account information from our system. This will remove all your personal data, membership plan, and billing information from our records. However, please note that this action is irreversible and you won't be able to recover your account or its associated benefits once it's deleted.

 

We recommend that you carefully consider this option before proceeding with it.

Redeem My Relief Bill Payment

Go to: Remedy Way BILL PAY REQUEST

When you log in to your account, you can access the "Pay Payment Request" tab to submit a bill payment request.

  • On the form, you will need to select your personal status, and for relief bill payment, select "Relief Payment."

This option is available to yearly members as part of their membership benefits, allowing them to submit a bill payment request without needing to provide proof of financial hardship or instability.
